Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and billing adjustments are handled for paid subscriptions and related charges for Sunday Clipboard (the “Service”), operated by Saturday Studios LLC (“us”).

Payments are processed by Stripe. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service and should be read with those Terms.

2. Trademark Disclaimer

Sunday Clipboard is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Electronic Arts Inc. (EA), EA SPORTS, Madden NFL, the National Football League (NFL), NFL Properties LLC, or any NFL club.

All trademarks, service marks, team names, logos, game titles, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

References to Madden, EA SPORTS, NFL teams, players, or franchises are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes where applicable. Sunday Clipboard is an independent companion application and is not an official EA SPORTS or NFL product.

3. Subscription Billing

  1. Subscription fees are generally billed in advance for each billing period (monthly, annual, or as otherwise stated at checkout).
  2. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  3. Applicable taxes may be charged where required.
  4. Price and plan details shown at purchase control the charges for that billing cycle, subject to later price-change notices under our Terms of Service.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future renewals. Refund returns all or part of a charge already paid.

Canceling a subscription typically:

  • Takes effect at the end of the current billing period (unless otherwise stated); and
  • Does not automatically generate a refund for the remaining unused portion of the period.

You may continue to access paid features until the end of the paid period after a timely cancellation, unless access is terminated for policy violations.

5. Standard Refund Rule

All sales are generally final.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing, Saturday Studios LLC does not provide refunds, credits, or prorations for:

  1. Partial billing periods;
  2. Unused features;
  3. Change of mind;
  4. Failure to cancel before renewal;
  5. Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, statistics accuracy, or entertainment features;
  6. Third-party outages (including Stripe, hosting, Discord, authentication, or AI providers) beyond our reasonable control; or
  7. Account suspension or termination for violation of our Terms or Policies.

6. Exceptions

We may, in our sole discretion or where required by law, issue a refund or credit in cases such as:

Requesting an exception does not guarantee approval.

7. How to Request a Refund Review

Include:

  1. Account email;
  2. Approximate date and amount of the charge;
  3. Stripe invoice/receipt ID if available;
  4. Reason for the request; and
  5. Any supporting details.

We may request additional verification. We aim to respond within a commercially reasonable time.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer:

  1. Contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue;
  2. We may suspend access during dispute investigation; and
  3. Abuse of chargebacks (for example, disputing legitimate charges after using paid features) may result in account termination and collection activity where permitted by law.

9. Free Trials and Promotions

If a free trial or promotional offer converts to a paid subscription, charges begin according to the offer terms. Failure to cancel before conversion generally does not create a refund right, except where required by law or expressly promised in the offer.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect revisions. Changes apply prospectively to charges occurring after the effective date, except where law requires otherwise.

11. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [GOVERNING STATE], consistent with our Terms of Service.
