Content Policy

1. Purpose

This Content Policy explains what content is allowed, restricted, or prohibited on Sunday Clipboard (the “Service”), operated by Saturday Studios LLC (“us”). It applies to all user-submitted materials, including text, images, screenshots, franchise files, media, statistics entries, AI prompts, AI-generated outputs you edit or publish, and Discord-related content transmitted through the Service (“Content”).

This Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright Policy, and DMCA Policy.

2. Trademark Disclaimer

Sunday Clipboard is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Electronic Arts Inc. (EA), EA SPORTS, Madden NFL, the National Football League (NFL), NFL Properties LLC, or any NFL club.

All trademarks, service marks, team names, logos, game titles, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

References to Madden, EA SPORTS, NFL teams, players, or franchises are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes where applicable. Sunday Clipboard is an independent companion application and is not an official EA SPORTS or NFL product.

3. Core Principles

  1. Users remain responsible for any content they upload.
  2. Users may not upload copyrighted content unless they have permission.
  3. Users represent that they own or have permission to upload all submitted content.
  4. Content must comply with United States law and the laws of your jurisdiction.
  5. Content must not create unreasonable legal, security, or safety risk for the Company or other users.

4. Allowed Content

Subject to this Policy, users may submit:

Franchise data Team names, schedules, standings, transactions, and stats you enter or import
Screenshots Personal gameplay screenshots you are authorized to upload for companion tracking
Images / media League logos, member-created graphics, and images you own or are licensed to use
Franchise files Supported export/import files you are authorized to upload
Text and stories League notes, commissioner announcements, and edited AI outputs
Integration content Materials sent through connected Discord features you are authorized to use

Allowed Content must still respect IP rights, privacy rights, and community safety rules.

5. User-Generated Content Rules

5.1 Ownership and Permission

Before uploading Content, you must ensure that:

  1. You own the Content; or
  2. You have express permission, license, or another valid legal right to upload and use it on the Service; and
  3. Your upload does not violate confidentiality obligations or third-party contracts.

5.2 Screenshots and Game-Related Materials

Uploading screenshots for personal franchise tracking is generally intended as companion use. However:

  • You must not upload materials in a manner that infringes EA, NFL, or other third-party rights;
  • You must not upload copyrighted broadcast footage, commercial artwork packs, or third-party assets you do not have rights to use;
  • You must not claim that uploaded materials are official EA or NFL content; and
  • You remain solely responsible for ensuring your uploads are lawful.

5.3 Personal Information

Do not upload Content that includes another person’s sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or private contact details) without a lawful basis and authorization.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI features may generate news stories, summaries, or similar outputs (“AI Content”).

6.1 Nature of AI Content

AI Content:

  • Is provided for entertainment and informational purposes;
  • May contain inaccuracies, fabrications, or inappropriate phrasing;
  • Is not official league reporting; and
  • Should be reviewed by a human before broader publication when accuracy or reputation matters.

6.2 Responsibility

If you request, edit, publish, or redistribute AI Content:

  1. You are responsible for the final published version;
  2. You must not use AI Content to infringe rights or deceive others;
  3. You must not use AI features to generate prohibited Content; and
  4. You acknowledge that AI systems may process your inputs as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.3 No Guarantee of Originality

We do not guarantee that AI Content is unique, non-infringing, or free from similarity to existing works. Use AI Content at your own risk.

7. Prohibited Content

The following Content is prohibited:

7.1 Infringing or Unauthorized Content

  1. Copyrighted works uploaded without permission;
  2. Trademarked logos used to imply endorsement or affiliation;
  3. Pirated game files, ROMs, cracks, or DRM circumvention tools;
  4. Stolen credentials, leaks of proprietary source code, or unauthorized databases; and
  5. Content that violates publicity or privacy rights.

7.2 Harmful or Abusive Content

  1. Harassment, hate speech targeting protected characteristics, threats, or doxxing;
  2. Sexual content involving minors (real or fictional) — zero tolerance;
  3. Non-consensual intimate imagery;
  4. Graphic violence used to threaten or glorify real-world harm; and
  5. Spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive commercial solicitations.

7.3 Malicious Technical Content

  1. Malware, scripts, or files designed to compromise systems;
  2. Content used to exploit vulnerabilities; and
  3. Content intended to disrupt Service availability.

7.4 Misrepresentation

  1. Content falsely claiming official affiliation with EA, EA SPORTS, NFL, NFL clubs, or Saturday Studios LLC;
  2. Impersonation of other users, commissioners, or public figures in a deceptive way; and
  3. Fake “official” league notices intended to defraud members.

8. Moderation and Removal

We may remove, restrict, or refuse Content that violates this Policy, our other Policies, or law, or that creates legal or operational risk. We may do so with or without notice.

Commissioners may moderate Content within their leagues to the extent tools allow, but Company enforcement overrides league preferences where necessary.

9. Reporting Content

To report Content that violates this Policy, email:

Include:

  • Location/URL or franchise identifiers;
  • Description of the Content;
  • Why it violates this Policy; and
  • Any supporting evidence.

Copyright complaints should follow our DMCA Policy.

10. Consequences

Violations may result in:

  • Content removal;
  • Feature restrictions;
  • Account suspension or termination;
  • Forfeiture of access without refund where permitted by our Refund Policy and law; and
  • Referral to rights holders or authorities.

11. Changes

We may update this Content Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect revisions. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
