Saturday Studios LLC (“us”) operates the Sunday Clipboard web application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

All trademarks, service marks, team names, logos, game titles, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

References to Madden, EA SPORTS, NFL teams, players, or franchises are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes where applicable. Sunday Clipboard is an independent companion application and is not an official EA SPORTS or NFL product.

5. Authentication

We use account credentials and/or third-party authentication (such as Google OAuth) to verify identity and secure access. Authentication providers may collect and process information under their own privacy policies. We receive identifiers and profile information necessary to create or link your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

6. Billing Information and Stripe

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe processes payment card data in accordance with applicable payment card industry standards and Stripe’s privacy policy.

We may receive and store:

• Customer identifiers used by Stripe;
• Subscription status, plan type, billing cycle, and renewal dates;
• Invoice and receipt metadata;
• Limited payment method details (e.g., last four digits, card brand, expiration month/year); and
• Failed payment or dispute-related notices.

Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.

7. Analytics

We may use first-party and third-party analytics tools to understand how the Service is used, diagnose issues, measure feature adoption, and improve performance. Analytics data may include device information, usage events, and approximate location derived from IP address.

8. Uploaded Content

When you upload screenshots, images, franchise files, or other content, we process that content to provide Service features (including storage, display, parsing, statistics, and AI-assisted generation where applicable).

You remain responsible for any content you upload. You may not upload copyrighted content unless you have permission. By uploading content, you represent that you own it or have all rights and permissions necessary to submit it and to grant us the licenses described in our Terms of Service and Content Policy.

9. AI Processing

Certain features may send user-provided franchise data, statistics, prompts, or other inputs to artificial intelligence systems (operated by us or by third-party providers) to generate news stories, summaries, or similar content.

AI processing may involve:

• Transmission of relevant inputs to AI providers;
• Temporary processing and logging for quality, safety, and abuse prevention; and
• Storage of generated outputs in your account or franchise context.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. It is provided for entertainment and informational purposes and should not be relied upon as factual reporting. See our Disclaimer and Terms of Service.

10. Device Information and Log Files

We automatically collect device and log information to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including detecting fraud, abuse, outages, and unauthorized access. Log files may be retained for security, debugging, legal compliance, and operational purposes.

11. How We Use Information

We use information to:

1. Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
2. Create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
3. Process subscriptions, billing, and payments via Stripe;
4. Enable franchise tracking, standings, schedules, statistics, media, and commissioner tools;
5. Process uploads and generate AI-written content where enabled;
6. Provide Discord and other integrations you enable;
7. Communicate about accounts, billing, security, and Service updates;
8. Monitor usage, enforce policies, and prevent fraud or abuse;
9. Comply with law and respond to lawful requests; and
10. Protect the rights, property, and safety of the Company, users, and others.

12. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may share information with:

Franchise and league content you submit may be visible to other authorized members of that franchise or league according to permissions you or a commissioner configure.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (including Stripe, authentication providers, AI providers, Discord, analytics, and hosting providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

14. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Account and franchise data while your account remains active;
• Billing and transaction records as required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution;
• Uploaded content until deleted by you (subject to backups and legal holds) or removed under our policies;
• Logs and security data for a period reasonably necessary for security and operations; and
• Longer retention when required by law or needed to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

When you delete an account or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required or permitted by law (including backups, fraud prevention, and legal compliance).

15. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law (including certain U.S. state privacy laws), you may have rights to:

• Access personal information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk with respect to security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

17. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection rules than your jurisdiction. 19. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. The Service does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals in a uniform manner. We will update this Policy if that changes.

Material changes may be communicated by email, in-product notice, or posting on the Service.
