Copyright Policy

1. Purpose

Saturday Studios LLC (“us”) respects intellectual property rights and expects users of Sunday Clipboard (the “Service”) to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains our practices regarding copyrighted material and user-submitted content under United States law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

2. Trademark Disclaimer

Sunday Clipboard is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Electronic Arts Inc. (EA), EA SPORTS, Madden NFL, the National Football League (NFL), NFL Properties LLC, or any NFL club.

All trademarks, service marks, team names, logos, game titles, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

References to Madden, EA SPORTS, NFL teams, players, or franchises are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes where applicable. Sunday Clipboard is an independent companion application and is not an official EA SPORTS or NFL product.

3. Ownership of Service Materials

Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Saturday Studios LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and other jurisdictions.

You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from our copyrighted materials except as expressly permitted by our Terms of Service or applicable law (including fair use, where applicable).

4. User Content and Copyright Responsibility

Users may upload screenshots, images, franchise files, text, media, and other materials (“User Content”).

Users remain responsible for any content they upload.

In particular:

  1. Users may not upload copyrighted content unless they have permission (or another valid legal basis, such as fair use where applicable);
  2. Users represent that they own or have permission to upload all submitted content;
  3. Users must not upload EA, NFL, league, team, broadcaster, or third-party copyrighted assets in a manner that infringes those rights;
  4. Users must not upload another person’s copyrighted screenshots, artwork, logos, audio, video, or documents without authorization; and
  5. Users are solely responsible for securing all rights needed for their uploads and for any downstream use within their leagues.

Uploading content to Sunday Clipboard does not transfer ownership of that content to us, except for the limited licenses granted in our Terms of Service and Content Policy.

5. Company Response to Infringement

We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the DMCA and other applicable law. Upon receiving a compliant notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material;
  • Notify the user who posted the material;
  • Terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances; and
  • Take other actions we deem appropriate.

6. Prohibited Copyright-Related Conduct

Without limitation, users may not:

  1. Upload, post, or share material that infringes copyright;
  2. Remove, alter, or obscure copyright management information;
  3. Use the Service to distribute pirated game files, cracked software, or circumvention tools;
  4. Claim ownership of third-party copyrighted works; or
  5. Misuse DMCA processes (including knowingly filing false notices or counter-notices).

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

7. Fair Use and Compatibility References

References to game titles, team names, and similar identifiers may appear in the Service for identification and compatibility purposes. Such references do not grant users any right to reproduce protected creative works belonging to EA, the NFL, or other rights holders.

Nothing in this Policy expands or limits fair use or other exceptions under U.S. copyright law.

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, it is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also terminate accounts after a single instance of serious infringement or clear bad-faith conduct.

9. Relationship to Other Policies

This Copyright Policy should be read together with our:

  • Terms of Service;
  • DMCA Policy;
  • Content Policy;
  • Acceptable Use Policy; and
  • Privacy Policy.

In case of conflict regarding notice procedures, the DMCA Policy controls for DMCA-specific processes.

10. Changes

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect revisions. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
