Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs acceptable and prohibited use of Sunday Clipboard (the “Service”) operated by Saturday Studios LLC (“us”). This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, termination, or legal action.

2. Trademark Disclaimer

Sunday Clipboard is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Electronic Arts Inc. (EA), EA SPORTS, Madden NFL, the National Football League (NFL), NFL Properties LLC, or any NFL club.

All trademarks, service marks, team names, logos, game titles, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

References to Madden, EA SPORTS, NFL teams, players, or franchises are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes where applicable. Sunday Clipboard is an independent companion application and is not an official EA SPORTS or NFL product.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

1. Create and manage accounts;
2. Track franchises and leagues;
3. Enter and view standings, schedules, statistics, and historical records;
4. Upload screenshots, images, and supported franchise files that you own or are authorized to upload;
5. Use commissioner and member tools as permitted by your role;
6. Generate AI-written news stories and related features where enabled;
7. Connect Discord or other integrations you are authorized to use; and
8. Purchase and manage subscriptions.

Use must be lawful and consistent with United States law and the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to engage in any of the following:

4.1 Illegal or Harmful Conduct

1. Violate any applicable law or regulation;
2. Engage in fraud, identity theft, phishing, or social engineering;
3. Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or abuse others;
4. Promote violence, terrorism, or criminal activity; or
5. Collect personal information of others without authorization.

4.2 Intellectual Property and Content Abuse

1. Upload or distribute copyrighted material without permission;
2. Infringe trademarks, trade secrets, publicity, or privacy rights;
3. Upload pirated software, game ROMs, cracked clients, or keygens;
4. Distribute tools designed to circumvent DRM or technical protection measures;
5. Misrepresent that Sunday Clipboard is an official EA, EA SPORTS, or NFL product; or
6. Use third-party logos or branding in a manner that suggests endorsement.

Users remain responsible for any content they upload. Users represent that they own or have permission to upload all submitted content.

4.3 Security and Technical Abuse

1. Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
2. Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without our prior written authorization;
3. Introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, or harmful code;
4. Interfere with Service integrity, availability, or performance;
5. Circumvent authentication, permissions, rate limits, or security controls;
6. Reverse engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law; or
7. Use bots, scrapers, or automation in a manner that abuses the Service or violates rate limits.

4.4 API and Rate-Limit Abuse

1. Exceed published or enforced rate limits;
2. Share API keys or session credentials to evade limits;
3. Use undocumented endpoints for abusive or competitive extraction;
4. Launch denial-of-service or load-testing attacks without authorization; or
5. Resell or commercially redistribute Service data without permission.

4.5 Account and Billing Abuse

1. Create accounts through deceptive means;
2. Share accounts in violation of plan terms;
3. Abuse free trials, promotional credits, or referral programs;
4. Initiate fraudulent chargebacks; or
5. Use stolen payment methods.

4.6 AI Feature Abuse

1. Use AI features to generate unlawful, infringing, or abusive content;
2. Attempt to extract model weights, system prompts, or proprietary configurations;
3. Use AI outputs to impersonate real persons in a deceptive manner; or
4. Rely on AI Content as factual reporting without human review when accuracy matters.

5. League and Community Conduct

Within franchises and leagues, you must:

1. Respect commissioner and role permissions;
2. Avoid harassment of other members;
3. Not sabotage league data or permissions in bad faith; and
4. Not use league tools to distribute prohibited content.

Commissioners remain responsible for moderating their leagues consistent with this AUP and applicable law, subject to our right to intervene.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may, at our discretion:

We are not obligated to monitor all activity but reserve the right to do so for security, compliance, and abuse prevention.

7. Reporting Violations

Report suspected AUP violations to:

Include relevant URLs, usernames, timestamps, and a description of the conduct.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect revisions. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
