All trademarks, service marks, team names, logos, game titles, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

References to Madden, EA SPORTS, NFL teams, players, or franchises are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes where applicable.

Sunday Clipboard:

  • Is an independent companion application;
  • Is not an official EA SPORTS or NFL product;
  • Is not a mod and does not modify, hack, or alter Madden;
  • Does not bypass DRM or technical protection measures; and
  • Exists as a separate platform where users manually enter or import franchise information and manage leagues.

Saturday Studios LLC does not endorse User Content and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or quality, except to the extent non-waivable law provides otherwise. We may remove content under our Policies but undertake no obligation to review all uploads.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated stories, summaries, captions, rankings commentary, and similar outputs:

  1. Are produced algorithmically and may hallucinate facts;
  2. May misstate scores, player names, records, or events;
  3. May reflect bias or inappropriate tone;
  4. Are not human-verified by default; and
  5. Are provided solely for entertainment and informational purposes.

You should review AI outputs before sharing them broadly. We disclaim liability for decisions made based on AI Content to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any display of team names, abbreviations, colors, player names, or franchise identifiers is for user convenience and compatibility identification only. Such display does not indicate affiliation with or approval by the relevant rights holders.

The Service may rely on third parties, including Stripe, authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, AI providers, and Discord.
